Barry, PE AIA MME is a highly accomplished architectural engineering professional with decades of experience in mechanical engineering and architectural project design. Holding both undergraduate and graduate degrees in engineering from The City College of New York, Barry has built an impressive career marked by expertise in power systems, advanced mechanical solutions, and luxury urban design.

As a licensed Professional Engineer across multiple states, including Indiana, California, Arizona, Idaho, and New York, Barry has led complex engineering projects domestically and internationally, spanning the U.S., Saudi Arabia, and Iran. His contributions to the field have been recognized with prestigious ASHRAE awards for energy efficiency and technological advancements in hospital and chilled water system designs.  His dedication to energy efficiency is renowned. 

With a deep technical background and a commitment to innovation, Barry continues to bring his engineering expertise to diverse projects, ensuring efficiency, safety, and excellence in every endeavor.

Debbie, MPA, MJNP is a high-impact Architectural Engineering Designer specializing in multi-family, commercial, and mixed-use developments. As our Senior Designer she creates luxury, functional, and sustainable designs that maximize efficiency and value.

Her expertise in structural, mechanical, and electrical integration ensures seamless, high-performance buildings. She possesses expert-level mastery of design, building codes, and accessibility standards, turning concepts into high-performance, visually stunning spaces.
